How to Articulate Your CTE Course with Citrus College
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Citrus College! Follow the steps below to articulate your high school CTE course and help students earn college credit.
Step 1: Check Your District Agreement
Before you begin, confirm that your school district or ROP has an Institutional Agreement with Citrus College.
- Click here to view the list of approved districts and ROPs
- If your district or ROP is not listed, please contact the Career Pathways Specialist before proceeding.
Step 2: Review Eligible College Courses
-
Browse the list of college courses available for articulation (on the right).
- Click a course name to view the course description.
- If you need the full Course Outline of Record, contact the Career Pathways Specialist.
- Don’t see the course you’re interested in? Reach out - we may still be able to work with you.
Step 3: Create Your Articulation Account
Both the teacher and your site's articulation administrator need to create accounts.
-
Go to Sign In and follow the Creating a New Account guide (PDF).
- Tip: If your school uses Google, follow Option 2 on page 3.
- ROP teachers: Select ROP as your district—not your school district.
-
Once your account is approved, log into your dashboard and begin your articulation request.
- Use the Submitting a New Articulation Request guide (PDF) for assistance.
Step 4: Submit Required Documents
Upload the following documents to your articulation request:
- Course syllabus
- Official course outline (as submitted to the state)
- Final exam and/or assessments you currently use
- Fall roster(s) for the sections you want to articulate
Step 5: Your Course is Approved - Now What?
Once approved, you’ll be able to view the official Course-to-Course Articulation Agreement here.
